The assignment was part of the regular monitoring exercise carried out by the European Commission on the development projects it finances (Framework contract EuropeAid/112404/C/SV).

The mission was very interesting as it allowed me to return in Africa after 5 years spend in Asia (Nepal).

The two projects visited were captivating. The DELSO II  brought me back to the beginning of my professional life in livestock development.
